Co-oping allows you to use the Supra eKey® app to access iBox BT LE Lockboxes in different regions or MLS/associations, eliminating the need for multiple keys and additional fees. It simplifies your access to lockboxes and saves you money, time, and effort.
Co-oping is seamless and flexible, If you’re expanding your business into a new area or joining a secondary MLS/association, co-oping your eKey® allows for a smooth transition. You can continue to use your familiar Supra eKey® app without disruptions or delays in accessing lockboxes. Co-oping enables you to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions. Having a co-oped eKey® gives you the flexibility to operate in different regions.
The process and requirements for co-oping the Supra eKey® Lockboxes may vary depending on the specific MLS/association policies and agreements. It’s recommended to reach out to your primary MLS/association or Supra support for detailed information on co-oping options and procedures.
*Please note, if You’re an agent in both Idaho and California, we cannot co-op a California eKey®/ iBox BT LE lockbox and (or) use a California eKey®/ iBox BT LE lockbox in Idaho. The reason we are unable to co-op with California is because California Supra eKey® and iBox BT LE Lockboxes are on there own server.
