Transfer to Referral Office

All referral agents will be required to join a referral brokerage registered with the Real Estate Commission. The transfer of referral agents will be facilitated into a generic referral office in our membership system unless the actual referral office is a member, enabling IMLS to effectively track crucial trending data around membership. To cover the administrative aspects of this transfer, a $35 transfer fee will be charged to the agent.
