We want to ask for your continued patience as we navigate through some disruptions we are experiencing, from the conversion.
You may be seeing very old invoices/credit memos from years ago that are no longer valid. We are waiting for the vendor to clean these up and have therefore temporarily disabled online payments through the Clarity dashboard.
*This will also affect the Members Plus App functionality.
We will continue to keep you posted on the status of this situation. The first quarter billing may not be on the same timeline as you are accustomed to.
We do expect to email the billing out by the end of the week
