Rule Reminder – Build Job Only

If you include a Build Job in which the land was purchased separately in the MLS, the cost of the land must be part of the sold price. Add in the Agent Remarks that the purchase price of the land is included in the sold price and the listing number if you have it. 
These listings can ONLY be in the MLS as unpublished sold, and all rules apply.
